Payment and Delivery
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We charge for items immediately and ship items usually within 3 working days.
We also accept payment by personal cheque. Please contact us first if we wish to pay this way.
Postage and Packing Costs
These costs are calculated on the weight of the items ordered and location of delivery. All costs are made clear in the shopping cart before payment is made. You will need to state whether you are in the UK, Europe or Outside Europe. Customers outside Europe may choose Airmail (which takes about 7 days) or Surface Mail (which takes up to 12 weeks).
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred during delivery or for any postal delays due to strike action.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software used by our credit card processing companies who are Paypal and Google Checkout.
If you are not satisfied with any item you purchase from Coull Collectibles, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If any item is faulty we will give a full refund once the item has been returned to us. This guarantee does not apply to products which are no longer in the condition they were received i.e. new books must be unopened and unread.
All returns are made at your own cost and you will be responsible for obtaining proof of posting. Please note that no refund of any postage costs can be made as these are a cost of sale.
All other refunds will be given at our discretion. This does not affect customers statutory rights.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word ‘refund’ in the subject line.

We do not sell or share any of the information that you provide to us. In addition we use external credit card processing companies so that we do not receive unnecessary information such as credit card details etc. These payment processes all take place across a secure server.
