Nancy at St Bride’s is the second title in the Nancy and St Bride’s series.  Although first published in 1933, the book comes chronologically after The Girls of St Bride’s and before That Boarding School Girl.  Telling the story of Nancy’s first, unhappy, term at St Bride’s, the story in this retrospective book does not always match the account given in That Boarding School Girl but it acts as a good link between The Girls of St Bride’s and the Maudsley books, before Dorita Fairlie Bruce sends Nancy back to St Bride’s in Nancy Returns to St Bride’s.

The text to the book is complete and unabridged, and the book includes an entirely new introduction and foreword.
